No. The Security Bond is included in our Enhanced MaidAssure along with MOM’s minimum medical and personal accident insurance as a package. We do not offer just the Security Bond.

It depends on the level of protection you want. Health insurance usually covers inpatient medical expenses for illnesses and injuries. Personal Accident insurance provides additional coverage for death or injury due to accident and includes outpatient medical expenses.

Refund Policy (Upon Policy Termination):0 to 30 days in force – 80% refund of premium31 to 90 days in force – 50% refund of premium91 to 180 days in force – 30% refund of premium181 days and beyond – No refund100% of the premium will be refunded if:a) The Policy is cancelled within 90 days from the policy effective date and replaced with a new ECICS Enhanced MaidAssure policy; orb) The In-Principal Approval (IPA) is terminated and the FDW did not enter Singapore.Provided there shall be no refund if: • Any claim has been made or has arisen under the Policy; or • The premium refund is less than $27.25 (inclusive of GST). You are eligible for ECICS Private Motor Car insurance if: - you and your named drivers (if any) is/are the resident(s) of Singapore possessing a valid NRIC/FIN; - you are the main driver and owner of the Private Car; - you and your named drivers (if any) is/are not an existing ECICS’ Private Motor Car Policyholder with claims. - Neither you nor your named drivers (if any) has had his/her driving license (any class) suspended or cancelled in the last 3 years; - Neither you nor your named drivers (if any) has had his/her private car insurance refused, declined renewal or terminated by any insurers; - Your Private Car is or will be registered with the Land Transport Authority (“LTA”) and; - Your Private Car is not and will not be used for commercial purpose, hire and reward, rental or leasing.
ECICS will be transmitting the details of your Private Car Policy to LTA upon successful enrolment within 3 business days. Please contact our mainline if you require support to urgently submit to LTA for online road tax renewals. Alternative, you can proceed to LTA office with the Certificate of Insurance to physically renewal your road tax at LTA office. Our policy covers you when you ride your motorcycle in West Malaysia, the Republic of Singapore and that part of Thailand within 80.5km of the border between Thailand and West Malaysia.
All riders need to be named in the policy. Unnamed riders are not covered.
