What if I change vehicle mid-term of policy?

Inform ECICS immediately and we will endorse your policy. Coverage for the new vehicle will commence after a 14-day waiting period from the date of notification.

Can I claim from ECICS Motor Excess Protector Insurance if my motor insurance claim is below the policy excess?

In the event of an accident involving your registered vehicle, your insurer for your motor insurance policy must have paid out a claim amount higher than your policy excess in order for you to seek reimbursement on the excess you have paid from your ECICS Motor Excess Protector Insurance Policy. If the claim amount paid out is lower than your policy excess, you will not be able to seek reimbursement from your ECICS Motor Excess Protector Insurance Policy.
