A Security Bond is a commitment to reimburse the government if either you or your FDW violates or fail to adhere to the terms and conditions of the work permit. This bond typically takes the form of a banker's or insurer's guarantee. For each FDW you employ (excluding Malaysian helpers), you are required to purchase a $5,000 security bond.

Yes, we offer complimentary excess waiver of up to $750 (depending on your current NCD%) for the first claim in a policy year when you repair your accident car at ECICS’s authorized workshops and share your in-car cctv footage with us.
Excess, also known as the deductible, is the first amount of the claim that the policyholder needs to bear in view of the claim.
The moment the policy has lapsed/ceased, the Family NCD benefit will likewise cease. All earned Family-NCD will be forfeited. However, we understand that there could be various reasons why customers may temporarily not own a car therefore do consult us to see how we can help.
These workshops are not under ECICS Limited authorised partners and we have no control over the repair quality. If the repair is poorly done, we will not be able to assist you should issues arise. Furthermore, the claim cost may be inflated, resulting in higher premium in your next renewal.
