We get it – plans can change. If you are replacing your FDW after purchasing the policy:a. Prior to policy effective date, you may provide us with the new FDW details. We will make the necessary changes on the policy replacement. The promo can be re-applied to the replacement policy but please note that the promo can only be re-applied on a replacement policy once if the original policy has not started. b. If the policy has started and you need to replace your FDW, you have 90 days from policy effective date to cancel and a further 90 days to issue a replacement policy. You will get 100% refund for the original policy but unfortunately, the promo cannot be re-applied to the replacement policy. If you no longer require an FDW, you may get a 100% refund if you cancel before the policy incepts. Please take note that all cancellation date shall be based on the security bond discharge date from MOM and not the work permit cancellation date.
No, she is not covered unless she is travelling with you. We recommend purchasing a separate travel insurance for your FDW as the coverage would be more comprehensive for overseas situations where medical and evacuation costs are expected to be much higher.
If you cancel your policy, you will still keep your Tesla Fractional Shares. However, to be eligible for these shares, we advise you to maintain your policy for at least three months. You will need to cancel her work permit to stop your levy and ensure that you keep a copy of her travel ticket or departure itinerary as proof. MOM will proceed to discharge the Security Bond after verifying that your FDW has left and did not re-enter Singapore. Upon discharge, you may proceed to request for policy cancellation.

No, it does not. ECICS NCD Protector only protects the policyholder/insured. It does not extend to cover all the Family NCD members.
Generally, No Claim Discount Protector (NCDP) are not transferrable from one insurer to another insurer. However, we recognize other insurers’ NCDP.
